Beyond 7 days and up to 21 days from the shipping date we offer exchanges or returns for store credit.
Please be aware that items in the beauty catagory such as Essie Nails cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

FULL PRICED items can be returned for store credit or for a refund to the method of payment. 

SALE ITEMS can be exchanged for colour, size or store credit only.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT RETURNED SALE ITEMS WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT.

If an item is unavailable a customer may request a refund to the method of payment or to store credit.
